When you book a delivery slot we'll do our best to keep it reserved for you. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer that slot to another customer. We may release a time slot if you're running significantly late without contacting us.
Our menu, fresh fruit selection and prices reflect what's in season and available right now. Prices may vary slightly as supply changes. If an item you've ordered isn't available, we'll always suggest the freshest, closest alternative — perhaps a different variety of berries, grapes or seasonal produce.
For personalised selections like custom fruit boxes with chocolates, confectionery, snacks or homemade meals included, we ask for a few days' advance notice and may request a deposit. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as you can and we'll work with you as flexibly as possible.
